The room was wonderfully homely , and the bedding felt very comfortable. I relished waking up to the views of Victoria Harbour and the island every morning. Breakfast and canapés in the Horizon Club Lounge were a true delight , especially with that fine view.
The hotel is showing its age, as the thermostat in my room did not seem to function correctly.

This hotel was like a warm embrace. the Horizon Club Harbour View King Room was fine, with harbour views. the horizon club staff catered to my every need. So attentive and kind. i also thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of the east tsim sha tsui and tsim sha tsui mtr stations close by!
i noticed some minor wear and tear in the room. this didn't detract from my experience, just something i observed.

The gym included modern equipment. I saw treadmills and elliptical machines. a large outdoor pool area offered plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing. i also noticed a business center equipped with computers and printers.

the room featured a spacious layout with refined decor. i saw the king-sized bed dressed with quality linens. there was a large tv and high-speed internet access! the bathroom had a soaking tub and a separate shower stall.

the hotel has a prime location in east tsim sha tsui, the station is very close. k11 musea is nearby, so the location is excellent. the harbor view from my room was amazing, towards the island. the car service from the airport was really good , it was comfortable.
the public lounge was very busy and noisy, it felt tightly controlled. there was no outside space for relaxation.

the concierge staff was helpful , especially ashley. he escorted me to a seamstress in a nearby building. the staff cleaning my room twice a day were wonderful, i cannot thank them enough , the front counter staff were really good.
